  • The original invoice must be presented upon receipt for exchange, return, or maintenance.

  • An invoice paid by cheque is not considered settled until the cheque value is received from the bank.

  • The company is not responsible for the availability of goods if the invoice is not paid in full within three (3) days.

  • If the company fails to deliver the goods, the customer is not entitled to any compensation but is entitled to a full refund.

  • Customers of showrooms in Kuwait and the UAE are entitled to exchange or return goods following the laws, regulations, and decisions governing such matters in their respective countries.

  • Items ordered from abroad, specifically for special orders, are not subject to the return and exchange policy until the final item arrives. The customer is obligated to pay for all items.

  • The company is not responsible for any damage, loss, or shortage of goods after inspection and receipt by the customer. This includes goods received, packaged, and left uninstalled. The company is also not liable for any modifications, changes, or interruptions related to electrical parts that operate on 220–240 volts.

  • Free delivery and installation services do not apply to invoices valued below 75 Kuwaiti Dinars, or 1,000 Emirati Dirhams. In these cases, a fee of 5 Kuwaiti Dinars, or 75 Emirati Dirhams, is charged and must be paid before delivery. This fee also applies each time the customer fails to receive the item upon delivery.

  • If the delivery date needs to be changed, the customer must notify the company at least 48 hours in advance. A new delivery date will be scheduled based on availability. Failure to notify the company or be present at the delivery location, or failure to respond to phone calls, will result in additional delivery charges. Payment must be made at the showroom before delivery.

  • The customer acknowledges that the merchandise was purchased after ensuring the delivery space is sufficient to accommodate the items.

  • Any products requiring wall mounting are the customer's responsibility and must be carried out with their consent and at their expense.

  • The company is not responsible for delivering goods if the delivery space is too small, the colors are unsuitable, or if the items cannot be brought in through the main entrance, interior entrances, or staircases. The customer, in that case, shall reimburse the expenses of a crane or other methods that are required to complete the delivery.

  • The customer's electronic signature on the invoice or receipt is considered confirmation of acceptance and receipt of the goods. The goods cannot be denied or contested thereafter.

  • The company named on the invoice provides maintenance services for one (1) year from the date of receipt against manufacturing defects (excluding misuse). This applies only to goods installed by the company and not relocated. If any spare parts are needed, their cost will be covered by the customer.
